mr. F.G. van Dam

Famke van Dam has been practicing as an attorney-at-law since March 2007. Famke studied at the University of Utrecht. She graduated in 1999, majoring in constitutional law and administrative law.

After graduating, Famke practised as in-house lawyer with the Council of State. She then worked for Loyens & Loeff for more than four years, where she practised as attorney-at-law in the Competition and Government practice group. She was also a member of an objections committee.

Famke has gained broad experience in administrative law in general and environmental and building law (environment and spatial planning) in particular. She advises on and litigates over diverse matters with regard to environmental permits, enforcement of environmental legislation, zoning plans, and (government authority's) liability.

Famke sits on the editorial board of various legal (internet) publications. She is a member of the Association for Administrative Law and of the Association of Environmental Law.
